Slovakia is introducing mandatory B2B e-invoicing on 1 January 2027, using the 5-corner Peppol-CTC model. eConnect is a PASR-certified Access Point and production-ready for PINT-SK, TDD SK and MLR. Check your compliance status with the checklist below.

Use this checklist to assess your compliance status. Each item shows what is required of your organisation — and how eConnect supports you.
Slovakia combines invoice exchange with real-time tax reporting via five corners. Unlike the standard Peppol 4-corner model, both the sender-AP (C2) and receiver-AP (C3) send a Tax Data Document Slovakia (TDD SK) to Finančná správa (C5).
The Message Level Response closes the reporting loop and confirms to both sender and tax authority that the invoice was correctly delivered — the foundation for the 100% match mechanism required by ViDA-DRR.
The mandate applies to all domestic B2B and B2G transactions where the supplier or recipient is a Slovak VAT-registered entity. Voluntary use of eFaktúra starts in Q2 2026; the obligation is effective from 1 January 2027.
OpenPeppol certification gives access to the global Peppol network. The Slovak Peppol Authority (PASR = Finančná správa) additionally requires national PASR accreditation for providers who may register Slovak organisations on the SMP. Without PASR accreditation, an AP cannot manage Slovak Peppol addresses. eConnect has both: OpenPeppol certification and PASR accreditation (List 1, May 2026).
Yes. ISDOC is a locally compatible format used by many Slovak and Czech ERP systems. eConnect automatically transforms ISDOC to PINT-SK for exchange over the Slovak Peppol network.
Finančná správa accepts accreditation applications and voluntary onboarding from Q2 2026. The Peppol Testbed for TDD SK is available. Recommendation: start before Q3 2026 to be production-ready well before the 1 January 2027 deadline.
From 1 July 2030, the Slovak mandate extends to cross-border transactions (ViDA-DRR). The domestic control and summary report will then be abolished. eConnect is ViDA-ready: the platform architecture supports DRR + EN 16931 with local CIUS extensions.
Schedule a no-obligation meeting. We will assess your current infrastructure, discuss the steps for PASR-compliant connection and explain what PINT-SK, TDD SK and MLR mean for your specific situation.
